We have had very little trouble with our equipment through the years, but when we do, it is very easy to have issues resolved through our personally assign District Sales Manager, Renee Carmen. Working in purchasing at my local hospital I place many orders. Some companies I dread however, Linstar is not one of them. Linstar is always quick to answer emails and gets our products to us in a timely fashion. My sales rep is Lisa Fuller and she does a stupendous job managing our account. I highly recommend.
Carol Clark was fabulous in asking what we were wishing to accomplish with our ideas for our ID's and simply took it from there. It was her creative designs that were adopted. She was able to visualize what we were describing and made happen. On top of that the delivery service for our IDs are incredible and the cost more than reasonable.
