Discover how RemotePhoto by CloudCard helps colleges and universities streamline the student ID photo process. Student ID offices often face challenges before the semester starts—long lines at orientation, inconsistent photo quality, and time-consuming manual reviews. RemotePhoto allows students to securely submit ID photos from their smartphone or computer ahead of time. Using AI technology, the platform guides students to take compliant photos and automatically checks lighting, positioning, and background to meet campus ID standards.

By collecting and approving photos in advance, schools can reduce orientation day bottlenecks, speed up ID card printing, and ensure students receive their campus credentials quickly for housing, meal plans, library services, and access to other facilities.

Hosted by LINSTAR Security, this 30-minute session will feature Tyler Guenther from CloudCard, who will demonstrate how higher education institutions are using RemotePhoto to simplify student onboarding and improve the efficiency of campus card programs.
