“I am writing this letter in regards to my relationship with LINSTAR, Inc.

The Lackawanna Police Department started doing business with LINSTAR, Inc. in April 2009. At that time the department was looking to upgrade our employee identification cards. We were looking for a modern design with security features. We met with Molly Schrock who listened to our needs before recommending a product. Once we settled on a product, one of LINSTAR’s designers met with us and helped to design our end product. We couldn’t have been happier with the friendliness and professionalism that was shown by all of the LINSTAR employees that we met or worked with.

Since our first purchase in 2009, the Lackawanna Police Department has done business with LINSTAR on several more occasions. We have now purchased a video interview room recording system. Each time that we do business with LINSTAR, we are made to feel like we are one of their most important customers. Their sales staff is very customer oriented including returning calls after hours or on weekends. Their response time is excellent. Their engineering department has worked out cumbersome installation issues that we encountered in our 1909 building.

LINSTAR has been one of the best companies that the Lackawanna Police Department has done business with. LINSTAR values their customers.”
