“This letter is in reference to Linstar, Inc., of 430 Lawrence Bell Drive, Buffalo, New York and the service we experienced while contracted with Linstar to upgrade our security and employee accountability through a network of newly installed, high-end video cameras, proximity readers and DVRs.
This project cost us approximately a half of a million dollars and took several months to complete. Due to our building consisting of almost all concrete (built in the early 1970’s as a bomb shelter and the aging wiring infrastructure) we knew this would be a tremendous challenge for any corporation willing to take on this project.
Linstar not only took on this challenger, they successfully assisted us in reaching the goals we had set prior to the onset of this project. Linstar’s commitment to our satisfaction was second to none.
Further, any maintenance or follow-up training we requested was promptly addressed by Linstar.
