“On behalf of the St Joseph’s Hospital Health Center (SJHHC) – Department of Security Services, Parking & Access Control, Linstar, Inc has provided access control services for the past three years. During this time, Linstar completed the installation of card access in our new Emergency Department and soon to open bed tower (September 2014). In addition, Linstar has installed many other card reader devices at other locations on our campus and are exclusively used to trouble shoot and repair system components.
At first, service calls were not responded to in manner acceptable to a medical facility setting. However, Linstar acknowledged our concerns and made operational changes to meet our needs in a timely and responsive fashion.
