Our organization has been customers of Linstar for over 15 years. The quality of there products are top of the line. We have had very little trouble with our equipment through the years, but when we do, it is very easy to have issues resolved through our personally assign District Sales Manager, Renee Carmen. We have purchased specialty card printers and card printer supplies such as cards and ribbons for our business from Linstar for years.
We have had few problems but when we do need support, or supplies the response is always speedy.

Carol Clark was fabulous in asking what we were wishing to accomplish with our ideas for our ID's and simply took it from there. It was her creative designs that were adopted. She was able to visualize what we were describing and made happen. On top of that the delivery service for our IDs are incredible and the cost more than reasonable. I completely recommend LINSTAR for this service anyway, for everyone.

When the Sheriff's Office needed new ID cards, we looked at several companies. LINSTAR was the only company that returned our call. Carol Clark, our representative, helped us with our ID cards and people are impressed when they see them because of its uniqueness. The ID cards are good quality, great price, look very professional and was delivered on time. While the ID cards are a great product, the selling point was Carol Clark. She answered all of our questions, made suggestions, explained the operation to make the ID cards and made the overall process very enjoyable. The Locust Police Department used LINSTAR for our department ID cards. Ms. Carol Ann Clark was our business contact who made things very easy and streamlined in both the production and delivery process. Cards look great, hold up very well, and were very affordable. I ordered Photo Id's for our Police Department and Court staff from Linstar. I am very pleased with the way they turned out the cards are very professional looking and great quality. The price was very reasonable and as soon as I got them all the info the cards were made up and shipped to us very quickly. Our Rep Carol was amazing!!
